Norausky Process Solutions offers SCAMPI Class A, B and C Appraisals for various disciplines (software, systems, hardware, services, and acquisitions) and model representations (Staged, Continuous). Our SEI Authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraisers and SEI-Certified SCAMPI High Maturity Lead Appraisers leverage experience from conducting numerous appraisals in DoD and commercial environments. Business Process Improvement Program Review
Our Business Process Improvement Program Review provides your team with an independent progress assessment against your goals and plans. In contrast to a maturity appraisal, the program review focuses on the work of the improvement teams, rather than assessing the maturity of the organization. It provides guidance on how to improve the approach, to ensure success of the improvement program, especially in the area of organizational change management. It combines appraisals, action planning, sponsorship building, skills development, and ongoing support to help you develop a custom, realistic plan for improving business process maturity and then help you implement that plan.
