GPI Technologies, LLC present the Official Introductory Course for CMMI V1.2.


The course will be provided by Mr. Gary F. Norausky, president and founder of Norausky Process Solutions, Inc.


Those attendants who successfully complete the course will get the "CMMI Introduction Course V1.2" official certificate, issued by Norausky Process Solutions, Inc. and authorized by the SEI. They will also be registered by the SEI and will be enabled to continue with the intermediate and advanced training courses offered by The Carnegie Mellon University.


About Mr. Gary F. Norausky

Mr. Gary F. Norausky has more than 25 years of global experience applying computer-oriented solutions to scientific, engineering, and business problems.


President and founder of Norausky Process Solutions, Inc., a SEI Partner that provides CMMI training and SCAMPI Appraisal services (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement). Mr. Norausky is author of the book, "So - You're planning an Appraisal?" and has taught CMM and CMMI courses worldwide since 1995. He is one of the few SEI-Certified SCAMPI Lead Appraisers in the world.


About the CMMI Introductory Course


General Overview

This 3 days length course introduces managers, appraisal team members and engineering process group members to the CMMI most important concepts.


The course includes lectures and exercises.


Objectives:

- Understand the CMMI Product and its components at a high level.
- Be able to locate and apply valuable information included within the CMMI model in organizations.
- Understand the key concepts about the model structure and function, process areas and its relationships.
